Adoption Fee's:

Our new adoption fee for all adoptions includes airfare, a large crate that is yours to keep, rabies, bordatella and the distemper combo shots, de-worming  and spay/neuter.

The adoption feemost often does not even cover the basics that each dog receives. Many dogs require medication and care up and above these basic costs. There's also the cost of food, housing, transportation.

Our adoption fee is a minimum donation, please consider donating more.

Layla is looking for a new family to call her own. She has been well loved and cared for since her mom adopted her at 8 weeks of age. Her mom's life situation has changed and she can no longer care for Layla. Layla is currently staying with family but she does not get along with the other dog in the home.

Name: Layla
Breed: Boxer/American Bulldog
DOB: April 13 2003 (7 yrs old)
Sex: Spayed Female
Dogs: Outside the home with proper introduction
Kids: Older
Cats: No

Layla may be 7 years old but don't tell her that she's getting older. This girl thinks of herself as a jack rabbit. She loves to play fetch and will fetch balls, sticks anything you want to throw so she can jack rabbit jump after it and bring it back to you. She isn't the greatest fetcher but she wants to do it. She has the body and the mind of an athletic agility dog and would love an owner who might be interested in taking her to come classes for the fun of running and jumping.

Layla's owner has spent a lot of time training her and she is well aware of her basic and advanced obedience commands. She loves off leash time but this is not recommended until her new owner has had the chance to bond with her and create the loving bond needed for trust and respect. Her owners need to be aware that she is a strong minded dog and her new owner needs to be able to assert themselves as her pack leader.

Layla is house trained and is not destructive in the home. She is a lovely dog who deserves the chance at another wonderful family!

Name: Daisy

Age: 4 yes

Sex: Spayed Female

Dogs: Not at this time

Cats: No

Kids: older

She's well mannered, house trained and has started on basic obedience and crate training. Daisy needs a family who is committed to making her the best little girl she can be. Obedience and socialization training is a must for this baby girl. She is a diamond in the rough, she loves attention and soaks up the love. She will soon shine with the right combination of rules, boundaries, exercise and love!

WBBR has a new baby girl looking for the perfect family. Daisy is a 4 yrs old female boxer who is best as an only dog. She has spent her entire life as a breeding dog and is just starting to learn what life in a family is all about. She is beside herself with all the love and attention and soaks it all up.

Gidget is a very sweet girl who is in need of a new home. When our volunteers first met Gidget in January she was a very sweet social dog who had a zest for life and a spunk in her step. At that time though she was ill and unable to make the trip back to Vancouver. Life in a kennel is stressful and it has taken it's toll on Gidget. She has gained weight, requiring a diet and has become reactive with some dogs. This is a little girl who months ago was a social butterfly. She needs a family who is committed to find the butterfly within this girl. We know it's there as we have all seen it first hand. She needs a family who is committed to obedience and socialization training.

Gidget is house trained and crate trained and is currently in foster care with another submissive male boxer and doing well.

Name: Gidget
